You are on http://polux.julienthomas.eu, a website of the domain julienthomas.eu. This website aims to give inforamtion I obtained during my internship of summer 2007 in TELECOM Bretagne (http://www.telecom-bretagne.eu), Rennes. More precisely, it was for the POLUX project (http://www.rennes.supelec.fr/polux/).

The principal subject is the deployment of an emails infrastructure, with several services:

Email services: IMAP & POP, SMTP
Web server and webmail
Management Services: DHCP, DNS, NFS
Centralized Authentication: LDAP and PAM-LDAP systems
Security of services: configuration of the security of the software, ciphering techniques (SSL/TLS) and confinement (SELinux)
